Jordan Vacations

Jordan is not a very touristy vacation destination.  However, there are special deals in vacation travel to Jordan if you plan to go on a vacation in Jordan. Why is Jordan not a popular vacation destination? Jordan is located in the very center of the Middle East where the government is very unstable. While there are a lot of attractions to see and lots of interesting sights to visit, until the Middle East has calmed down, vacationing in Jordan may not be wise. Amman

Amman is the capital of the ancient Ammonites and a major city during the time of the Roman Empire rule. When visiting Amman, you can explore the ancient Citadel which are just ruins on the highest of the Amman's hills. There are many ancient mosques as well as modern mosques, museums, art galleries and many other great attractions in Amman.

Aqaba

Aqaba is Jordan's port  and seaside resort. At Aqaba, you can swim, snorkel, water ski and enjoy many other water sports. There is a marine aquarium and the Aqaba Fort as well as Museum in Aqaba. If you want to relax, Aqaba is a must go destination in Jordan.
