The timeshare units are managed by the Four Seasons Racquet and Country Club's Property Owner Association or POA. They have office hours that are not as convenient as the hotel. For example, when checking in you have a window of 1 hour (4pm - 5pm) after 5pm the POA office is closed and you have to go to the Hotel to check in. If you find something wrong with your timeshare unit or rental unit during the times when the POA office is closed then you are out of luck and while you can go to the Hotel and inquire, their answer would be that the POA owns your timeshare unit and you will have to wait to ask them when they are open.
